Deadline for ARIS

Online submission of ARIS closes at the end of the business day.

ARIS signature page must be submitted to the MBLC via email by the end of the business day.

Deadline for Financial Report/State Aid Compliance.

Online submission of Financial Report/State Aid Compliance form closes at the end of the business day.

Signed Compliance form AND budget documentation must be submitted to the MBLC via email by end of the business day.

MAR waiver petition due, if necessary - should be emailed along with the compliance form and budget documentation.

Flexbility form due, if necessary - should be emailed along with the compliance form and budget documentation.

Deadline for Non-coordinating multiple independent libraries to forward their multiple independent compliance form and any relevant documentation to their coordinating library and/or the MBLC.

Deadline for Coordinating Libraries for COMPILED Compliance form for Financial Report/State Aid Compliance. Coordinating libraries received the Compiled Compliance forms via email as an attachment from the MBLC.

Coordinating libraries in multiple independent systems must compile the information they receive from the mulitple independent libraries in their system and report that information on the Compiled Compliance Form.

Signed Compiled Compliance Form, Multiple Indepdent Compliance Forms for all libraries in the multiple independent system, AND budget documentation must be sent to the MBLC via email by the end of business day.

1. FY2026/FY2027 Disproportionate Cut Worksheet.
2. Municipal budget documentation for FY2026 and FY2027 that shows the appropriation to each municipal department .
3. Supporting letters/statements from library.
4. Supporting letters/statements from town.
5. *If your library/municipality is applying for a consecutive year in a row, you must also submit the applicable Waiver Year Plan.

Third group of municipalities meeting requirements are presented to the Board and state aid awards are granted.

FY2027 MAR waiver applicants are presented to the Board.

Any remaining municipalities meeting requirements are presented to the Board and state aid awards are granted.

Board acts on FY2026 MAR waiver petitions.
